Upon arriving at our office, please become comfortable in our spacious main waiting area. We hope the beautiful photos displayed around the room and the colorful Australian finches in our aviary create a soothing atmosphere for you and family or friends. While making every effort to keep your waiting time to a minimum, we ask that you consider the needs of other individual patients and the necessity of our attention to each.
An employee will ensure you are checked in promptly and will enter and prepare your medical and demographic information as quickly as possible. Verification of your insurance coverage and prior authorization for services will also be done. Employees in the business office are also available to discuss your financial obligation as determined by your insurance carrier. Information can be provided of resources available to patients who require financial assistance.
